If Hunter wants to retain the significant benefits he received through his plea agreement, he cannot renege on the agreement now.Hunter waived his right to appeal, and his claim is covered by his appeal waiver, which he knowingly and voluntarily agreed to as part of an enforceable plea agreement. See Garza, 586 U. S., at 251 (Thomas, J., dissenting). It is irrelevant that he may not have expected one particular supervised-release condition when he signed the agreement.Read in context ›
