“The Defendant: No. Well, I understand it, Your Honor. “The Court: Well, let me just be sure. You're going to be sentenced if I accept your guilty plea. The most frequent basis for an appeal is complaining of this sentence. It's very unlikely that you could appeal that under this waiver. Basically you're agreeing to whatever sentence I impose.
