The District Court granted a preliminary injunction barring the State from enforcing the ban against B. P. J., concluding that B. P. J. had shown that the ban was likely “unconstitutional as it applie[d] to her and that it violate[d] Title IX.” 1 App. 439. The State did not appeal. B. P.
