Finally, Bowe filed a petition for a writ of certiorari. The Eleventh Circuit is one of six Circuits that apply §2244(b)(1)’s old-claim bar to federal prisoners. Three Circuits do not. The Court granted certiorari to resolve the issue. See 604 U. S. 1096 (2025).Read in context ›
