After being hauled to her feet, Linton collapsed back onto the foor “due to pain and feeling weak.” Id., at 50. Zorn, Richardson, and a third officer “lifted” her “by her arms and legs and carried her out of the House chamber” without further use of a rear wristlock or any other pain-compliance technique. Id., at 51. As a result of this event, Linton “suffered permanent damage to her left wrist and shoulder” and has been “diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, and anxiety.” 135 F. 4th, at 25.
