Circumstantial evidence strongly suggested that this object was likely brought to the apartment and left there by Torok's assailant. Higgs testified that the bottle was not on the foor when she left for work that morning. Both Torok and Higgs testified that they did not drink Gatorade or keep it at home, and both said that they would not have left a bottle on the foor.
