Thus, if the Court were bent on reconsidering Wolf, I think that there would soon have presented itself an appropriate opportunity in which we could have had the benefit of full briefing and argument. In any event, at the very least, the present case should have been set down for reargument, in view' of the inadequate briefing and argument we have received on the Wolf point. To all intents and purposes the Court’s present action amounts to a summary reversal of Wolf, without argument.Read in context ›
