Pending further hearings in each case conducted under the appropriate ground rúles, I would continue the restraints on publication. I cannot believe that the doctrine prohibiting prior restraints reaches to the point of preventing courts from maintaining, the status quo long enough to act responsibly in matters of such national importance as those involved here.
